1. A cloud based solution is what catching up these days. No need to install software in systems. And wait for new upgrades
2. Look for a HRMS, that comes with HR, Leaves and Appraisals in a login
3. It should save employee data as a centralised database.
4. It should generate unique Employee Self-Service login for each employee
Good to haves:
1. Recruitment module as well to convert "Joined" candidates to "On-boarding" employees
2. Integrated with Payroll to issue payslips
