Ours is newly started placement consultancy. We need your expert advice for designing salary structure for new staff - telecallers and recruitment executive.
Total employee size will be less than 10. So how should we design salary structure?
Can we provide Fixed Salary? (means there will be no PF, ESI etc?

Our employee strength is just below 10, so we wish to avoid PF and ESIC as it requires registration with statutory bodies that needs lot of paperwork.
When our employee strength crosses 10, we wish to do it.
So your advice is anticipated for designing salary structure without PF and ESIC.
