I'm a B.Tech graduate, but interested in recruitment filed, I got a job offer in a small software company as IT recruiter but they also have a IT staffing business so they haven't given me clear role whether I have to be a recruiter for their firm or I have to work for their clients in recruiting and my doubt here is if I have to work for their clients in recruiting, will my experience be considered for the role of HR recruiter in other companies also whether IT recruiter can be considered for HR recruiter position if I join another company with this experience?
