Please let me know which one is better UGC NET HRM or UGC NET MANAGEMENT Few people are suggesting me to opt management rather than HRM since management is having better career prospect

According to me, Management will have wide scope which includes HRM also. But selecting subject for UGC NET, title of your master degree is most important. If your master degree is in Labour Welfare/Personnel Management/Industrial Relations/Labour and Social Welfare/Human Resource Management then you can not select the subject - Management. And if you select it and pass out, you may face problem in getting selection as Asst. Professor.
