A company where no women employee is employed. Under Sexual harassment Act 2013, it is mandatory to constitute a committee to protect woman employee.
I want to know that is such condition, is it required to form a committee. Seeking legal opinion on the matter.

Off the A.C.s before leaving...ur office...is a suggestion.as there is no A.C..what else u off...like this.
No female employee....no maternity leave sanction report.
Like thatt no woman employee no formation of committee on harrassment.ok.
