Hi Gurumurthy,
You are in Silvassa. You are working in which company. I was there for almost 7 years.
Any way regarding ur query, the PF is not applicable on OT wages. But yes ESI is applicable on the OT.
Thanks,
Amit

Dear Memebr
You can ask them for submissting the following documents every month
PF CONTRIBUTION CHALLAN'S COPY
WAGES SHEET
FORM 12-A
FORM 5
FORM 10
And in the end of the Financial year you may also aks form No 3-A and Form No 6A
From the above dcouments you can verify whether the contractor is dpositing PF regularly or not
PF always deducted on Basic Salary plus DA but ESIC is deducted on each and every allowances except conveyance expenses paid on daily basis

Dear Seth
As per my knowledge and PF Act there is no rate of PF @ 13.61 % becuase PF Contribution rate 12% employee and 12% employer plus other expenses which are administrative and EDLI etc total rate of contribution comes @25.61% .
You may ask other clerification either mail or over my mobile 9350578043

Hi All, I think 13.61% is includes CTC, because 12%(employee)+12%(employer)+1.61% (admin, edl charges.etc)also paid the employer only. May be they includ this 1.61% also in CTC Regards Vishnu
