Good Even@all .We have Assembly Unit & Iam telling to all casules to use SAFETY SHOES in factory premises,but some casules not
wear the shoes ...should i break them?so pls suggest / guide what should I do?waiting for your kind revert...

It is a principal employer's liability to provide the safety PPE's for the workman to work in the premises. Once you have issued, make sure that they enter into the shopfloor with proper PPE.
Inform your securities to makesure that the all employees are entering into the factory with proper PPE. If they are not wearing it, they are not allowed to enter.
In our factory, we even wont allow civil workers and other contractors without wearing safety Shoes.

Dear Sir,thanks for revert,we have already provide the same but some casules do not wear it,,,suppose if we not allowed them that time HOD of that dept.trying to cross with me regarding same thing...and they ppl most senior to me.so I just confuse...

This is the place where you are appointed to work in diplomatic way. Production people always wanted manpower to run the plant. They never bother about employees safety and requirements. If something happens to them, they will just feel sorry for a minute and go back to their routine work with replaced person. But you have to handle all legal and social issues for that injured.
To avoid these issues, we have think proactively and bring discipline in diplomatic way. There are several posters available on internet about safety. Download it and redesign it as per your local language and print it and paste it across the plant. Download some factory accidents videos from internet and play it before starting of the shift in a training room. These type of strategies were worked perfectly in my plant too.
Management always supports production, as money comes from them to run business. But we have to take alternative steps to makesure the employees safety, health and welfare.
