Dear Mohit, Yes, ESI contribution shall be made on above mentioned allowances.

ESI has to be paid on all the above allowances mentioned above and any other allowance that you are paying with the salary. If your company gives uniform to staff and if they pay uniform washing allowance as a part of the salary then that amount can be excluded from ESI. No other allowances except the uniform washing allowance can be excluded from ESI payment. This is as per the update till date 5th July 2016.
