I agree with Mr. Raghunathan, there is a simple saying "who asks the dead person", similarly a background check for closed company is not possible hence it will not be done. Since you are aware of the closure of your ex employer it has to be mentioned wherever it is applicable. Over and above you have evidence of serving that company and the proof of salary which am sure will suffice.

AnonymousSir I have worked in a small training institute which is a govt of India skill development subsidiary and it genuinely exists in kolkata .I have a experience certificate only from that organisation and don't have salary slips and all but i am trying to get some other documents also .I was paid in cash here .My second company was a pvt sector opened in 2016 jan .I joined in 2016 jan and resigned in 2017 jan ,now this company is closed from march due to some problems created by the management team as they were taking money from applicants in the name of bond money without the owners permission.I don't know it will open or not and sir I have converted a good buisness school and will be taking admission there .
My question is what happens to me after 2 years during verification .
In my second company I have offer letter ,joining details all via official mails from the company's concerned mail id at different times during my tenure .I have experience certificate ,relieving letter ,salary slips of 3 months although i was paid in cash here also .I also have acceptance of resignation from the company's recognized email id .The company is still active and has mca registration but its not open .The place exists and i have contacts with the trainer of the company . I also have collected evidence like fb posts ,linked in profiles of other employees as well company's picnic pictures and all .
Sir my question is after I resign how am i accountable for any wishes or malpractices of the company .How am i supposed to convince the companies hr if i happen to get placed in an mnc after 2 years say in 2019 .please help me sir ,really need insights as I am really worried what happens after 2 years and after investing so much money for my mba .
