Hi everyone , just needed a format of progress report of probationer's/ probationer's progress report which can be used in pharmaceutical companies, in a single page.

Dear Swarnendu,
The purpose of keeping employee on probation is to assess his performance. However, for the rating his/her performance, you can use the same form and no need to devise any different form as such.
When it comes to regular work, probationers are at par with any other employee. Since they have joined newly, you may give reduced weights to KRAs. However, keep the format and structure of the form same.
