Dear Rishi,
Please check yr appointment letter or the bond carefully. If it is clearly mentioned about the notice period or the bond amount, u may send them a reninder. Advise them along with a bank draft in the name of the company duely ackowledged by them. Meanwhile , contact the new employer and take them into confidence showing yr resignation letter. Then leave the company with a final notice.

If...notice period..is not..provided..in the offer..letter...there is none....again..bond should not exceed money that the company has already spend..give a legal notice to the company through an advocate saying you are terminating the contract and bond is illegal...termination letter is not important...offer letter plus..salary slip will more than suffice..speak to HR manager in the new company, they most likely will understand...You can also approach labour court for redressal

Dear Rishi
There are various bonds Software company write in their contract,The more important for
you is to serve notice pay or in lieu of that as per the term and condition of your service
contract/appointment letter.Bonds are totally illegal in India .as suggested by my earlier friends you can send
them notice through advocate about your intention of leaving job and donot pay them any amount of bond.
