Dear ASM/RSMs,

It has been observed that inspite of sending constant reminders for the receipt of the Confirmation formats, there is always a delay from your end in sending the same.

Time and again, intimation mails are sent from the HR department stating pending confirmations, but there is no improvement seen in accelerating the process.

As you are well aware, confirmation of an employee plays a major role in motivating and retaining good talent. Likewise it also helps us in identifying the weak links and allows us to take the necessary and desired action for the employee’s improvement.
With this said, we are again attaching the list of pending confirmations in your area. You are advised to send us the required formats on priority basis with recommendations from both ASM and RSM. Kindly state clear reasons for Confirmation/ Probation extension, so that we can do the needful in this regard.

Ensure the attached formats reach us not later than _______.
Please reply fast..I want to share the format with my manager. Want a stern mail format..Seniors plz help me in drafting the same..
