Iam working in MNC company, I have joined In This company 15th November 2015. Further still now I have not received my confirmation letter after completing 180days in the company (as per the appoint emit letter). more over I have not received any probation extension letter also. Suddenly I have received termination letter from my sales BU head. Without any domestic enquiry or charge sheet. Reason is previous employment details are mismatched. 1)The termination is matainable under law or not? 2)If not maintainable how to file the case against the company. 3)The BU head can right to issue the termination letter instead of Human Resources Department.?
