I am working in a pvt ltd company in tamilnadu and transferred in HR/admin dept. Now its very much difficult for me to work without less knowledge. I have studied few rules of leaves by reading books or on net.. Also, i refer shops & establishment book for other requirements related to staff. But this is not updo the mark. I would like to have full knowledge in HR systems.
Can anybody suggest me any online courses with certificate or any correspondence courses/diploma in HR or any other course related to labour management based in tamilnadu ? Pls inform

Hai Sharja, You can do PG Diploma in HR Management in Symbiosis through distance learning. Materials provided by them were really good and teaching methadology will be awesome. Though i got this information from one of the former symbiosis student even i have a plan of doing this course. So refer the website....
