Epf for a new company which has all non eligible employees - do we still need to enrol under pf?
Hello all we are a small company based in chennai. we have 4 employees in chennai and 3 employees working in delhi. we have planned to recruit 15 new employees to be located in chennai. all of the existing employees and the planned to be employees have and will salary more than 15000 pm. this makes all our employees fall under noneligible employees for pf. my question is 1 do we still need to enrol under pf and provide any statement/document that all employees are noneligible employees. 2 do employees need to give any selfdeclaration that they understood that they are noneligible employees and not interested in any voluntary contribution. thanks in advance. shilpa
Salary statement signature - visibility of salary of other employees
In my company the employees are signing the salary statement manually. they also see the other employees salary and increment amount also.it is mandatory to get sign the salary statement. individually the employees sign the payslip & time card too...employees are jealous about other employees and complaining.can someone help the proceed further.

Old employees retention problem
Hi all .. i am facing old employees retention problem in my organization ...whenever i hire any new employees and if i take them at more salary than the salary of the old employees ...what happens in the bargain ..the old employees resign ..last week i got three resignations ..and how much ever the salary factors are confidential i dent know how they come to know ..also i tell the old employees that salary depends on the market value and since you were hired before the salary range was less ..but it doesn t work out .. also to retain them i have given them a reasonable hike in their salaries too but still this problem is increasing and because of this i am afraid to take new employees on a higher salary scale which i am forced to take because now the market value has increased .. please hr experts give your suggestions as to what shall i do in this dilemma... regards roop.

Dear respective members i have query regarding legal issues with employees with sales basicallywho doesn t achieve targets in 1st month and management pressurize to terminate employees without salarywhere employees make union to bully hr regarding salary and provoke other employees working in other areas. is hr responsible for this if employees doesn t get chance to accomplish target and also have pressure to recruit new employees alsoalthough i am not satisfy with management order butthey said it is duty of hr to fire employees without a single rupees.but being an hr person i have empathy with them alsobut not able to do because i should save my job also.
