What charge will company proceed against you?
Unless you have done something police will not charge you.
Just leaving a company does not make it a police case.

i left from that company with out given any information.they are calling me in phone on that time i m saying i m in problem its not possible for me to come. they dont given any offer letter and i have not signed any bond paper.now they are saying u have to come and complete u r works then u have to left from here.otherwise we are complain in police station

i m not left any work. i m an 14000 thousand rupess of employee.i dont got any company property and they have to 5000 thousand to me i dont have any document of company.they r saying to my friend please talk to my parents and they want explain with out information u r son in left our company.so we are given a complaint to police.after that u dont claim us why r u doing like this

Mr Nathrao is right. If your dont have any cash or important document of the company, they cannot complain to police.
Send a written mail to company that you dont have any thing pending with the company and would not like to continue.

There is a procedure in Police department to file a complaint. when you do not have offer letter in Hand given by the company or have not signed any document with your company then it it not at possible to file a complaint.
Police department require proper documentation to prove that you are the employee of company, without the valid document complaint will not be accepted.

Relax Srikhanth, just put those companies number in Black list.. Your Mobile phone do have option to avoid numbers you don't feel answering.
