Your query relates to section 8 of Payment of Bonus Act, 1965 which may be read as under.
8. Eligibility for bonus.- Every employee shall be entitled to be paid by his employer in an accounting year, bonus, in accordance with the provisions of this Act, provided he has worked in the establishment for not less than thirty working days in that year.

Sir, In our org some employee had worked More then 30 days in Financial year 2015-16 but they left the job Now Pls tell me as they are not existing employee, do we need to pay bonus to them

Hi,
Yes, you have to , its required according to the applicable provisions under Payment of Bonus Act , 1965.Unpaid dues including bonus is nothing but earned wages, need to be paid to concerned employee.Your company should send due amount of bonus should send money through cheque/ DD or any other means and if payment thus send returns unclaimed/ undelivered then you need to record in register called as REGISTER OF Welfare Fund.

Dear . I fell Bonus has to claim by Individual Ex employee by writing to Company . Regards

Minimum working days for Bonus eligibility will be 30 days in that accounting Year.
Employee works for 30 days or more and left the organization, he is eligible for gratuity on the basis of his wages earned.
You have to pay Bonus to him also along with other existing workers though he left the organization.
