Hi everyone i wish to discuss the non monetary rewards that encourage the employees and keep them motivated. we all know the importance of these rewards. my primary motive here is not to have ideas for the employees but creating an overall healthy environment and encourage a fun work place for all our team members. we are an it company with a team size of 30 and already have lots of facilities for the team members like free lunch at the work place games and books etc. we go for coffee outings movies etc on monthly basis. this changes the work monotony. i would really appreciate some nice innovative ideas from the experienced members of this community. looking forward to some really innovative ideas. thanks in advance ketaky sharma

Hi friends i am playing hr generalist role in my company i.e. consultants pvt ltd mumbai. url" i have got a new task today just need your help. majorly all our employees in our company are on client side. hence i have been asked to get some ideas for employee motivation. something that we can do online that will keep the bonding among the employees and the management. something like 25mins online multiplayer games emagazine consisting some moralized stories of great achievers new discussions like we do in citehr etc but my boss wants me to come up with some more unique ideas. can the seniors from citehr who are much more experienced than me suggest me some thing good & different... i have got some ideas but still not satisfied. please suggest.... thanks & regards taniya. ann297gmail.com

Dear sir we have a smallscale rubber industry in ambad nashik. our company has an hr policy & retirement age is 60 years. but our management will continue the service of our employees after retirement. as an hr i have a question: what are the disadvantages and risks for the company if there is any mishap on company premises? can we make any retainer ship agreement after retirement retaining employees/workers? please guide me on the above issue and please suggest best practices followed by the company. regards altaf sayyed hr manager
