Dear friends, I am keerthi working as a HR executive our company is planning to take pf,esi, can any one explain me which one will be best for employees and how to apply for that

Both ESI & EPF are mandatory for the organisations as per the statutory requirements.
You have not shared any details about the size & nature of the organisations. Based on the number of employees it varies
If the total strength is 10 and above ESI is mandatory & if the total strength is 20 & above then even EPF is compulsory

Thanks for replying our company is into digital marketing company company strength was more then 20 employees. can you suggest me how to apply and what are the documents we have to submit.

If the employees are above 20 then you have to apply for both ESI & EPF. Both things shall be done online portals. To avail EPF you should have digital signatures
