Hi Amit, A recruitment consulting services firm requires you to have a strong candidates' database not the run of the mill types, unique that another consultant may not have. Today a lot of people rely of Naukri, Monster and few other pay & use job portals. These portals are all helpful only to an extent. Beyond that they do not offer any great value. If you really want to be successful in the recruitment business then you need to specialize. Do the required market research before entering into it.
