I have Joined a company in the month of August 2015 and I left the company on March'2016. My monthly gross 35000,
Basic:14,000.00
Conveyance Allowance:1,600.00
House Rent Allowance:5,600.00
Medical Allowance/Special Allowances:1,250.00
Daily Allowances:2,800.00
Family Allowance:9,750.00
Also I have submitted :Certificate of interest collected on bank Loan" amount of Rs.17519(april,2015 to march,2016)
Can anyone help me with Monthly Take Home Salary with detail. And How much I supposed pay TDS and PT.
Because I used to get only 32520 take home and I still have a doubt.

This is a question that you should ask the HR department of the employer you worked with.
How can someone on this forum make guesses as to what has been deducted from your gross / CTC working ?
If you have the working and details given by the HR team and you still have a doubt, you should speak to a chartered accountant who can take a look at the tax implications,

However to claim HRA deduction your
Residential status on rent or owned if on rent how much rent you are paying,
Medical and special allowance are two different allowance do eleborate which allowance you are getting,

You should have some common sense that why I'm asking here. Cos I didn't get a clarification from HR team or CA's. This forum is not daunt for some one. This is the forum to help someone. I never begged you to answer my query.

Banerjee was not wrong this your company liability to provide the complete details about deduction also
You should ask for TDS certificate all details would have furnish in form 16 if company denied to provide TDS certificate then you may complaint to your range assessing office AO shall imposed the penalty u/s 272A upon company not to provide form 16 till 30/5/2016,
I deal in tax implication matter you want to complete calculation pls provide me the complete details.... weather you reside on rental house or not have you taken any medical policy etc. Did you furnish any other sourses of income to your employer, pls provide details i will let you detailed calculation to understand it batter,

You are the one lacking in common sense mr Prasad.
You should have asked the company during your Employment as to why TDS deduction is at a certain level and what is considered and why. No company will deny this information. And if HR didn't give it, you would have asked your manager.
Now that you have left, there is nothing you can do anyway. The TDS has been deducted, the working is immaterial. If they have deducted excess, you will get a refund after you file your return, if it is short then you need to pay the difference by June. If the department wishes, they can question the company why they deducted short, but that is not your concern.
And, yes, all of us who are regular contributors on the forum also work to keep the forum clean and reflecting reality, which is important for anyone else reading and searching the thread later, so we all have the right to ask questions if you post anything on the forum.
Dear all no one notice that his Basic salary is under PF so his Monthly PF deduction would be Rs.1680 and after PF deduction his Net take home salary amount 33320. Thus his TDS deduction amount will be 800. Can anyone please explain where is wrong deduction. I think company calculation is correct if his company registered under EPF Act.
Home loan and my life insurance policies and home rent will help to save my tax..??I also submitted query before some time..
