Our organisation is into Online office supply products .I am Being Asked To prepare Training Calendar for three level of employees in our organisation such as 1. Tactical (sales, purchase, warehouse & Logistics, client service, business development) 2. Managerial (Branch Head, Regional Manager) 3.Strategic(CFO, CEO, COO) for the financial year 2016-2017 . In the same way you have to indicate your expectation/ requirement
for the other two as well.
Have you done any Training Need Analysis for these two categories?
