Can someone please share the list of document where i have to changes the address if the office is shifted somewhere else.
Esic contribution transfer
Dear seniors i am anand working in manufacturing org. at delhi. we have taken esic number from delhi & noida both. our few staff who was working here in delhi office is shifted to noida office. will we need to fill new forms for those employee who shifted noida or the old form already submitted in delhi can be transferred to noida office. what is the procedure to transfer the esic from delhi to noida and what documents it need. suggest me will be much obliged for your kind cooperation. thanks anand
Query regarding resignation
Hi i have been working in a company from 2.7 years. the company has hired me for the position of admin executive after 3 month they had shifted me in sales & administration in which the major part was back office sales then after a year they had implemented in the organisation. for which company handed over the responsibility to set up sd module.when i actually got interest in sales an administration they had again shifted me in credit control section recovery. i had words with my director but they are forcing to be in that department only. so at last i had resigned from the job last month now they had deducted my one month salary. please suggest is this a right way that my company had act.
Rule of termination of employee
Dear seniors we have a staff who has been working with us since december 2008. her performance is very poor and also she cannot get along with other staff members. she thinks that no one can take her out from job. because of her attitude and performance no one wants to work with her. i have shifted her from one plant to another and last six months i have shifted her to office from where i operate but it seems there is no improvement. the management wants to terminate her and hence i have tried all possible levels to make her understand but without any success. she is around 45 years with two grown up kids. now the management has asked me to terminate her service. i have also issued warning letters and i feel she will not resign as she has been trying to switch over but cannot get a job anywhere. i need guidance from seniors to proceed further in terminating her services as there is pressure from management to do so as she cannot improve. regards
Only woman in office - being dominated by men
Hi all i am working as an hr executive in a company i am the only lady in the organization. everyday i am facing the same problem as because my boss is shifted to other place therefore he is unable to come to the office regularly.the other people of this branchmale are not behaving with me properly. they always try to dominate. one is like that he doesn t like if i am talking with another person. everyone forces their views on me what to do & what not to do as because i am new. sometimes it creates trouble because their views are different. i am really very confused what to do? i already complaint to my boss once for other reasons. he is very good he understands me. but all the time its like a plz somebody help me out. regards chandana
Gratuity is applicable if shifted to sister concern.
I have been working in a company since may 2007 but in april 2010 they have shifted some of their employees to one of their sister concern and now i want to leave this company after completing my 5 years. am i applicable to get the gratuity. staff remained the same directors are same even most of us are doing work for both the companies and both the companies are running under one roof. please help me.
