Dear Mr. Shailendra,
As stated by fellow members you will be entitled for Bonus. Bonus is usually paid as per FY, so you will be paid for the period:-
03.02.2014 to 31.03.14 - (As per previous rule)
01.04.2014 to 31.03.15 - (As per revised rule)
01.04.2015 to 31.03.16 - (As per revised rule)
01.04.2016 to Current period (Last working day) - If u worked, as applicable.
PFA the latest Bonus Notification.

Dear All,
All of you has advised that Mr Shailendra is elligible for Bonus only on getting his information that his basic salary Around Rs 10K. He is not clearing his other salary components then how can it may clear and confirm that he will get bonus ?

Dear Mr Banerjee,
As per my understanding pls correct me if I am wrong, the higher minimum wage is applcable for only schedule employment .ie the sector which is working on season employment, but for organised sector the bonus calculation has to be made on 7000/=.

Mr. Chauhan,
The concept of minimum wages is not limited to seasonal employment only. The scheduled employment are not necessarily seasonal.
So long as the employment is listed under the latest minimum wages schedule, the bonus need to be paid on minimum wages. Today, there are very few items that are excluded from the minimum wages list. The residue will close that is there in most of the notifications takes care of…

Dear All, In This case i wanted to add that company said that Statutory bonus will be part of your CTC? is it ethical? also i wanted to know limit is on Gross salary or basic salary?
