I am posting on behalf of my sister.. She is sr. Executive since 2 months in a pvt Ltd listed company. Before se. Executive she was given a post of management trainee..for 1 year. And also during joinnig the company a two sided agreement has been signed by that agreement it was written that she has to pay 6 month gross salary, if she resigns before 36 months.Now as her immediate reporting is harassing her mentally since 6 months she has resigned on 26 April 2016. And in acceptance letter they have written that she has to pay 6 month salary according to current CTC. While in training period her salary was less compared to now. The job profile is good but due to mental harassment. She don't want to work further.. In agreement it is written that company can give the advertisement in newspaper regarding breach of employee to the company. Day by day she is really getting depressed and no body is ready to listen to her in company. Indirectly her boss tells that she will give legal action on her if she doesn't pay off money..please guide us

She has not been provide any training. Not any assignments were given to her. Though she was appointed as management traineee
