I worked for a school in East godavari dist. named Vikas School, I was promised by my employer saying that the institution is running in loss so will pay my salary later. So now its 1 year completed my one year salary is not yet paid. Please suggest me what to do now.........

Write to the District Education Officer(DEO) the area under whose jurisdiction the school falls with full details-name of school,period you worked,period for which you were not paid,copy of appointment order received by you when you joined the school.
Are other teachers getting their pay in time?
Of not join hands for getting your legitimate dues.
Caution-School will not like it if you write to DEO and may even terminate your employment
