Hi All, Please share me the subject based on Appreciation mail for Punctual Employees. Regards, Ramya

Dear Ramya,
Appreciating employee for his/her higher level of performance is one thing and for maintaining punctuality is another. Punctuality is a virtue but then that is basic requirement too and company cannot appreciate for this basic requirement. This could set wrong precedent.
What if a person is unpunctual but his/her performance is of higher order?
Therefore, before taking decision on the issue of the appreciation I recommend you having second thought. Other senior members may give their opinions.
Thanks,

well said Dinesh he is absolutely right Punctuality is basic concern for any organisation. but am giving appreciation letter for employees and team it should be related to project or work .
Dear Name,
On behalf of the management of( company name) I want to appreciate you for the hard work which helped in completing the project on time. We are aware that it was very difficult to complete the project on time after initial hiccups. It was your dedication and your team support that the project was successfully completed.
Your enthusiasm and motivation had helped the team member to increase the productivity and do extra work and to complete each aspect of the project.
Please accept our sincere appreciation for the excellent job you had done, we are sure that in future also you will be able to complete such complicated projects in time. Wish you all the best for your future endeavors.
Sincerely,
Your name.

Dear Venkatesh,
Well gentleman, you have provided the draft of the appreciation letter, however, we know nothing about project. The originator of the post has not talked about the project, whether people had shown dedication, team support, their enthusiasm or motivation.
The originator of the post had asked only about the punctuality and that is all. Why we should write something that is not known to us?
Thanks,

Hi Ramya,
Your thought of appreciating an employee for punctuality is great. However I would suggest that instead of sending mail to the employee, you can present him with a certificate in front of his team so that his team members are also motivated. You may also put his name on the notice board as "the most punctual employee of the month".
