Thats why I WANT TO GIVE A LEGAL NOTICE TO OUR PLANT HEAD AND PROD.ASST.G.M
Kindly give a letter format for the same.

First conduct an in-house enquiry to find out what happened.
Then out of the findings you will get a fair idea of whom to issue legal notice or show cause notice.

Are you above AGM and Plant head in the company set up ?
I do not know whether you can start with a legal notice straight away.
You can conduct an in house enquiry with the approval of competent authority first.

Sir,You have'nt disclosed in your post your position, responsibilities , authorities . However, if you are chairman , please enquire into matter and terminate if found them guilty. You are not going to get any reply if you do not have any role as senior of both gentlemen, instead you will get nothing less than termination letter if you dare to do anything of this , thats sure.
