Thank you for the attachment. But more missed to add some info.. .If an employee having BASIC+DA more than 7000 then also the Bonus to be paid will be the: 7000*8.33%*12 THANKS

Thanks for your valuable contribution.Its an excellent sheet.
Sir i do have some query regarding this sheet.First what is FDA attached with basic.What kind of salary component is this.Secondly in the second calculation its written in a note "this is above 21000 and can be called as exgratia but the actual and the earned basic are less than 21000/-.
I mean wage limit is 21000/- so how it iscalled exgratia.
Please do clarify my doubts

if Minimum wages is more then celling limit Rs.7000/- then bonus calculation will be at Rs.7000/- and also same procedure in case lower minimum wages of celling limit Rs.7000/-

Today only I have seen your post on new bonus calculation.
Please check the amendment. As like earlier, the ceiling is not given in this amendment. The actual to be paid if their salary is less than Rs. 21000/-
