Hi Saikumar,
Greetings from Adhaan Solutions Pvt Ltd.
HR generalist profile include all HR functions but sometimes Payroll and other Statutory compliance are outsourced to third party.
HR professionals please share your views on outsourcing the payroll to third party as Payroll process outsourcing. Is it good to outsource statutory compliance or it should be handled within the company.

If the Co.can afford to pay for 1-2 staff, most HR works can be done efficiently & effectively with proper reporting to Seniors & Top Management will not have problems to answer for various Legal Notices for non-compliance, delay in compliance etc.,
Also, Cos. confidential infn., Employees/Managers etc., secrets will not be discussed outside & donot become talk of the town.

Both career paths offer fast-paced work environments with opportunities for advancement, so it basically boils down to personal preference regarding the job responsibilities.
