Hi All HR Professionals, Human Resource Management is the back bone of any organization. It covers all the Human resource activity from recruitment till exit of the employee. Now-a-days a term which is widely used is HR recruitment and HR Generalist profile.
Please share the difference between both the profiles.

HR recruitment is only a single function of hiring candidates which also means finding candidates, screening them for right fit, interviewing them and selecting them HR generalist profile covers a range of HR functions which include hiring, completing joining formalities, monitoring probations and confirmations, attendance and punctuality monitoring, leave, sometimes pay roll function( it is mostly looked after by accounts dept.in some organisations), performance appraisal monitoring, training, grievance handling, statuary compliance like deductions of PF, ESI and taxes etc.and management information like preparing daily weekly and monthly reports and also liaison with statutory authorities like Labour enforcement officers at unit level etc.

Hi Saikumar,
Greetings from Adhaan Solutions Pvt Ltd.
HR generalist profile include all HR functions but sometimes Payroll and other Statutory compliance are outsourced to third party.
HR professionals please share your views on outsourcing the payroll to third party as Payroll process outsourcing. Is it good to outsource statutory compliance or it should be handled within the company.
Regards,
Adhaan Solutions Pvt Ltd.

If the Co.can afford to pay for 1-2 staff, most HR works can be done efficiently & effectively with proper reporting to Seniors & Top Management will not have problems to answer for various Legal Notices for non-compliance, delay in compliance etc.,
Also, Cos. confidential infn., Employees/Managers etc., secrets will not be discussed outside & donot become talk of the town.

Both career paths offer fast-paced work environments with opportunities for advancement, so it basically boils down to personal preference regarding the job responsibilities.
