Hello Seniors, I am working in a partnership firm which is a construction company having projects of civil irrigation. Company is not giving any single paid leave in any form to any of the employees. Leaves taken are unpaid and even a half day leave is deducted from the salary. Moreover Late marks (above 2 late marks in a month) are being deducted from the salary. Kindly suggest if this is legal. Awaiting your co-operation. Thanks in advance

Your company by the very nature of its activities can have regular employees as well as daily-rated casual employees who are paid on the basis of their attendance only. So, pl clarify about which type of employees your query relates.
