Hello,
I appeared for a lateral recruitment process somewhere around mid Feb 2016 for an Indian MNC.I was informed of my selection in March and finally got an offer in April and I accepted the same by replying to HR personnels mail. Now the the things which are bothering me are
1- My offer does not have a date of Joining.
2- Before accepting the offer I was told that I was expected to join early and my DOJ will be informed to me in a week.
3-In order to take a follow-up of the same I have had sent a mail to the concerned HR personnel but haven't heard from him since last one week (though only 7 or 8 candidates are selected)
Its been 17 days since I accepted my offer and in the due process I have already rejected an offer and cancelled the scheduled interviews.
What should I do now ? How should I approach the Hr manager without bugging him or should I simply wait for his reply ? Also should I keep on giving interviews ?
Thanking you in anticipation.
Warm regards,
Akshay

Dear Akshay,
Why are you waiting for 2 months to get a job in particularly that company. It shows their professional attitude. Stop following them and move forward. Do no try to be too loyal to a company that you have still not joined, there are chances that they might have hired someone else.
You might have lost some good opportunity while waiting. DO not cancel any interviews until you join a company. Keep trying . There might have been several reasons for not getting a reply from company. You are wasting some precious moments of your life and also remember, you are adding gap to your career which will result in getting difficult to answer in interview.
