Hi Sri,
In HR Audit.. the area of concern is Salary payment according to attendance.. Leave Management, Payroll management, Personal files complete or not..., employee verification been done or not..
Whether full & final is been done or not..
Been given proper releasing letter and other relevant letter
Is recruitment is being done with the Manpower requisition approval
Induction and other Training program is being conducted at regular intervals or not..
Other motivational activities are carries on..
Like on, so many areas are there to cover on..
