HR Nilesh
Good afternoon Seniors...
We are in the business of Manpower supply, hence we are doing UAN activation procedure of our employees through Multiple UAN ACTIVATION LINK. By this way we have wrongly entered some of the employees mobile number. Our query is how we can change the register mobile number in this case, as without UAN Password we can not open our UAN portal and can't change the mobile number. Wrong number which we have entered it also shows not available. How can we resolve this problem, so concern employee can get the information regarding his PF accumulation on his correct register number. we have also approached to UAN help desk and Toll Free number but, not receiving any valuable feedback.
Anticipating your valuable suggestion in this regard.
Thanks & Regards,
Nilesh

Dear Nilesh
This Is simple way to change the Mobile No. Go to Online https://employerclaims.epfoservices.in.
and Select bulk_uan_registration_form.php in Website Give Employee Name , UAn No , PF No , Cell No. afterwards it will be activated automatically

Thanks for your Reply,
But How it will be Activated , as it had already activated on another number.
Hence, if we follow the procedure as you said, it will reflect result that, UAN no. is already registered on another mobile number.
Thanks

Dear Nilesh,
If mobile number entered wrongly, you can correct it through UAN Helpdesk on EPFO site (EPFO--> Employee Services --> UAN Helpdesk ---> Select as Member ---> Select Problem Type ---> Select Password forgot & Mobile Number change option.

Hi Nilesh, I am also facing the same problem. My Employer entered wrong contact number while processing my UAN. Now I am not able to activate my PF account since I dont have the OTP which would have went to a wrong number. Please also let me know how to sort this issue if you have any answers.
Thanks
BJ
