I need clarification on Prof. Tax deduction
We have our registered office at Chennai and we have development centre at Bangalore and couple of my employees working@home from Chennai and other different locations..As such we don't deduct any professional tax for all employees, now I'm planning to deduct a professional tax.. I hope those who are working from Bangalore,I need to register with Bangalore Corporation for professional tax deduction and deduct the prof. tax as per Karnataka state slab, what about other who are all working from home at different locations...
