We are deploying workers for our packing section through labour contractor who is having working order mentioning all terms & conditions for implementation of PF & ESI as per statutory norms & we are paying management charges separately (with ST). But the problem is, the workers he is deploying to us are frequently changing. For suppose a person is working in a month for a period of 20 days & next month he is not attending. Again in the next month he is joining. How to show him in PF records for break of his service? Shall we show it as LOP for the absence period? OR shall we give new PF number for every time? And also it is becoming difficult to enter their names, Father's Name/Spouse Names as most of them are not having any valid ID proof like aadhar. Pl suggest.

Since you have deployed workers of contractor, it is the responsibility of the contractor to pay the statutory dues like PF, ESI etc. I hope the contractor has separate ESI and PF code in which he is regularly depositing the contribution.
