As per my opinion any company should focus more on hiring trustworthy candidates from loyal resources. To avoid any such hassle and problems we can always go for outsourcing the function.Now-a-days various staffing companies are prominently operating in the market which takes care of hiring needs of the companies and solve this problems.

I'm glad to share my view in staffing business. As you might have been experiencing, it's very difficult to fill vacancies for senior management level, especially in manufacturing industry. Passive candidates may satisfy with higher salaries and benefits we offer, but they are not willing to relocate. When it comes to recruiting entry level candidates, skills gap still remains the biggest problem we have to face. Fresh graduates often need training from scratch to be able to meet requirements.
I'd like to hear more from you and other HR professionals.
