Last month i forget to inform for my leave to the manager they have deducted 6 days of payments from my salary. I informed them in an informal way not official.
l have taken 2.5 uninformed leaves and they have deducted 6 days of payments from the salary.
Is that fare or unfair.

While it is unfair on management to deduct extra days of payment,it is equally unfair on your part to forget to inform about leave in formal manner as laid down for taking leave .
It is breach of employee code or discipline.

is there any rule or regulation that company can deduct double salary if we don't inform them about taking leaves.
I don't understand that why company can deduct two days of salary for one day absent.
Is there any rule.
Can i ask them to refund my salary.

You can take up the matter for excess recovery. Please be polite and humble as you have also breached rules by going on leave without prior permission.
Pl get approval before availing leave, as it not any right. In emergencies, shall make intimation by any mode and get it approved as soon as resume duty.
