Why people write the books? They write the book(s) to share their knowledge. This knowledge is generated out of their experiences or the study that they do. Knowledge dissemination is noble activity. Why anyone should have objection to it? Why do you have a fear that it could have negative impact on your career?
Go ahead and write the book. If your candidature is turned down because of your writing book, then those employers are mean-minded and no need for regretting for losing such job!

Unless you write something negative about your employer.
