But is it effective to study this course(Diploma) abroad like US? so that after a yr u can work ther for 2yrs gain xperience and work in india...
how many think that effective???
the reason is because in india its just a course and we wont be able to work as a junior under some senior.. so wat is the best option (studying abroad or in india)??? pls let me know

I am interested in taking up the IS course, but can't decide of distance or FT.

@coolguysarvesh.... Hi.. I have completed my course in M.A II with Industrial Organizational Psychology. This course has definately helped me a lot... Just for your information... i still havnt got my result but i m employed in one of the leading Chain of retail stores..... in their Corporate office ( not Store) as a Managment trainee in Learning and development dept... i think if taken seriously this course is very good.
To respond to another question of urs... Yes its important in Hr field. Following are 4 papers offered in the course
1. Personnel and human resourse development
2. Organizational Behavior
3.Organizational Development.
4.Practicaum Which has Field visits, Internship, case discussion and lot more...
