Hi Everyone,
I want to know that one of my employee has 13 LPA(1 LPA variable pay) salary Package and i am doing his salary break. So do we calculate basic pay(30%) in 13 LPA or 12 LPA(after deducting variable pay).
It will be great Help if anyone answer my question.

Dear Concern,
If you are saying that you are giving a fixed salary of Rs12LPA + Rs. 1LPA as Variable pay, the salary breakup should be done for only fixed salary salary, it means that Basic should be calculated on 12LPA.
