I am working in a pvt Ltd company in service sector where in my company has given option that either I take fix sales conveyance of 4000 per month or I may claim as per actual, in case of fixed I Will get 4000 rs in salary and will not be able to claim if I opt reimbursement policy I will get 1600 conveyance fix in my salary which is tax free and further i may claim as per actual but in both case they show 4000 in my ctc, my question is this is it logical and as per conveyance policy, sales conveyance what i am claiming by reimbursement is my money which I spent for company work how it could be part of ctc please answer my quarry and also confirm can I raise my voice for my balance conveyance amount which company shown in my ctc but not paid
