I hope the process to deposit the salaries into the employee account varies from bank to bank. It is better to check with the bankers. But still there may be the standard process such as
Prepare the statement to transfer to each account (Name, Account number & amount) as well as give the request letter to the bank stating transfer of amounts to the respective accounts. Issue a cheque for total amount in favour of bank
To make online payment for ESI & EPF there is lengthy process such as return submission followed by payment.
