Dear Seniors, does a company need to do full and final settlement in case of termination of services for misconduct? or it goes as per the appointment terms and conditions? pls share your views.

The Full and Final settlement to be processed even the case exit is of misconduct, checking on the recoveries if there. Kindly let me know if the experience letter can be given or not.
