Hi, Yes, it can be. Some times employer may reject an offered candidate due to some reasons. But the candidate can take legal action on the employer. Regards, S2

A LOI(letter of Intent) is just a invitation its not an obligation to the company.Neither the company have an obligation to offer you employement nor you have right to receive the offer.
CTC doesn't mentioned in this letter.LOI is a healthy HR practice why means if u provide Offer letter its sure the person is the employee of the company.If we provide a LOI its not the case

You don't know the differances between offer letter and Appointment letter than plz left HR field and dont waist your and other time as you know every thing about this.As we have work for two year in same company and in same dept(HR).
