HI every one can any body suggest me what are the first steps should be taken as there is no hr department in my company and i want to start new HR department ? kindly send me pdf file for overall process of New HR department in a company ?
Any document or even google can give only an idea. If there is no HR dept till date, better to take help from external source to start with. Yes, it will cost you a little, but will help you in the longer run.
