now they never provided salary slip on time,and now I want to change my job profile how do I do it as I was working for 2 years but now I have no option

If at all your UAN number is activated and KYC is updated then you will get SMS for all the remittances against your account. If the contractor is not paying then it is the principal employee responsibility to remit your EFP amount. You can even register your UAN and download the EPF Passbook and see the remittance details.
