HI Respected All,
I want to need just your help that i have working in a private limited company since last 2.5 year and i have not take any extra leave only take Weekly off and i have have regien on 06.2.2016 and last day of my working 09.2.2016 due to family problem so given short notice (Date of Joining 06.09.2013 only take weekly off) they have leaps all my Paid leave not any information and transfer my full and final amount direct to my bank account without my any confirmation
please reply...

The Shops and Establishment Act and the Factories Act provide for enacshment of leave on discharge of an employee from service. Therefore the leave policy of the company must have also provided for leave enmeshment on resignation.Please verify with your former company whether the full and final settlement also contains details of leave encashment and if so how much.
