Dear All,
Nowadays, we are facing so many problems in my company that employee leaves the company without serving their notice period.
Employee takes the salary & they abscond also.How to control such a situation?What action can be taken against that kind of employee?
There is a situation where employee put the resignation,discuss with management & leave the company as per their convenience.They do not follow the management decision like if management agree to leave them after 1 month ,they leave in 15 days.Some of them do not take salary & they stop coming to office.
How to stop the current working staff for doing the same.
How to control these kind of situation in the company in future?

Dear Pratishtha,

Employees are abandoning their employment without notice period. Worst still, they are ready to forego their salary for the portion of the month for which they have worked. This only goes on to show how harried employees are. Employee attrition or employee abandonment in your case is outcome of the organisation's culture. Unless you fix the cultural causes, you will continue to face this problem.
