Hi everyone, I got a appointment letter from accenture. due to some reason i was not able to complete my Degree, i am working in a company from last 3 year as a outsourced resource faking my btech degree as not much document verification done for outsourced employes, But now i got a offer from accenture on accenture role.
Can anybody suggest should i go for it. I will manage to have a proper experience letter from my current employer but still don't have my degree will they do educational verification also if i have a proper experience letter from my ex-employer.

NASSCOM has laid down guideines for back ground verification and big IT companies at least follow proper procedure for back ground checks.
As the English saying goes - “One rotten apple spoils the whole barrel”, a bad hire can negatively impact upon the remaining work force. Employment screening and background check is vital for maintaining workforce integrity and safety.
So the company will do proper checks in my opinion.
Educational checks will almost certainly be carried out.One needs to eschew the practise of producing false certificates. They can prove very costly in the long run.

Why do you even lie about your degree? This is not right and that's why we need background checks. To prevent people like this from taking a job away from more deserving people that use word counter at Edu Birdie as a part of their study. They don't fake anything, they work hard and earn everything the right way. I hope that you will realize your wrongdoing and will accept the punishment.
